Merry X-mas


Hey Ho Ho! Here's an update from the studio. Everything runs smooth and we are very satisfied so far. Hopefully we'll have 11 tracks ready for the mixing desk before X-mas. Hey Ho!


Festivals coming up! Will be fun! We are happy to announce that we recieved a grant from the Arts Council of Norway to help the funding of the upcoming gigs. As you know from the lyrics of "Pæng" we are Material Boys (a paraphrasing of Madonna) and a sack of cash always helps to keep the spirit alive :-) ! Thank's a lot!

Our football anthem "RBK" is included on two albums recently released. You'll find it both on the official tribute album released by Rosenborg and on the (slightly
cooler) tributealbum released by their (and our) beloved supporters "Kjernen"

Hi there


Lot of fun on the gigs so far this winter. Thanx to everybody everywhere! We’ll release a new radio single this week. Hopefully you’ll be able to hear ”Grønn Mann” on the airwaves during the coming weeks.We also have a brand new video ready; made by the one and only Toni Forster in Munich. We are very very grateful for her nice work. Instinkt is included in Platekompaniets campaign on Norwegian music this week, order it here.

An update


Our first gig in 2007 was played last weekend and everything seemed to work out even better than in 2006. Looking forward for the coming gigs – seems like we’ll have a lot of fun in 2007.

Instinkt is still on heavy rotation on P3 + P4bandit + the video is playlisted on ZTV and MTV. Last week it was the 4th most voted video on NRKSvisj (send an SMS with V<5500> to 1987 and the video will pop up on your TVscreen.

We have several interviews scheduled before our gig on the 2nd of February – keep listening to Kanal 24 + P1 Oslofjord + P4Bandit and you’ll notice that we are on air. In addition we’ll be playing live at Topp 20 on Friday the 2nd of February. Tune in and drop out!

Concerts


Lots of concerts scheduled so far for 2007 and more to come! We are all very keen to get back together, and see you all again after nearly 6 months without any gigs.

Reports from La Reunion and Torkil’s cigarette smoking Rehab tells us that the person who departed as a chubby, cigarette smoking, beer lover will return as an Olympic athlete/Henry Rollins look-a-like, ready to perform at any kind of physical request. We are very happy that Instinkt also in 2007 will be blasting out on the airwaves, you’ll hear it frequently at P3, P4bandit and Radio Tango. The video is also rotating on NRK Svisj and ZTV

Instinkt is A-listed on Norwegian National Radio – you’ll hear it every third hour at NRK P3. In addition you’ll hear it regulary at P4Bandit + Radio Tango. More radio stations are currently considering Instinkt for playlisting as well – we’ll keep you updated. If you prefer to look while listening; the video for Instinkt is put on high rotation at ZTV and you’ll see it regularly during daytime there.

Iberians + internet listeners around the world – don’t forget that we’ll be visiting Spain’s number one radio show Diario Pop on Radio3s on the 22th of December in Madrid. Happy holidays to you all – hope to see you all during 2007!

Rock’n’Roll radio


Do you remember Rock’n’Roll radio? Norwegian radio has playlisted Instinkt for the last couple of weeks. You’ll hear it regularly here. We are grateful!

In addition Swiss + German listeners could hear Tom’s voice + some songs from INSTINKT and FORTAR HARDAR HØGAR on Zürich based DJ LEOs cool feature on Satyricon and Null$katte$nylterne last week. If that wasn’t enough we’ll visit Kompani Knutsen on P3 in the coming weeks + spend some hours in the studio of one of Spain’s finest music connoisseurs; Mr. Jesús Ordovás on the 22th of December.
